Guidelines

To be considered eligible all abstracts must:

  • be original work and unpublished before 2003
  • be submitted in English
  • be prepared according to the accompanying instructions

When submitting your abstract please ensure:
  • it contain a brief introduction (the purpose of the research), the methodology (explanation on data collection and processing), results and conclusions (discussion and major findings). The emphasis of the abstract should be on the results and the conclusion. If appropriate, the results and the discussion sections can be combined.
  • it is under the 250 word limit (excluding title, authors and institutions).
  • it is in normal font: no bold, italic or capitalised text.
  • it is text only and does not include images, figures and graphs .
  • it is concise and uses less then 130 characters and spaces for its title.
  • references, if necessary, are kept to a minimal number.
  • it is in microsoft version 95 or newer.
  • there are no headings or paragraph breaks.
  • Abstracts must represent completed work.
  • the conclusion is not contrary to the results.

Note: No abstracts will be accepted for review by anyone other than the Conference Secretariat. Abstracts which do not meet these requirements will be returned to the author for amendment. Authors will have two weeks to re-submit their abstract or they will not be accepted.
