  • The Conference Committee reserves the right to specify the format via which the presentation is to be made.
  • The number of podium and symposium presentations is limited.
  • Individuals will be allowed to present a maximum of three presentations at the Conference and no more than two of each type (oral or poster).
  • The presentation type allocated for each paper will be determined by the abstract reviewers and will be based on:
    • relationship to theme of the conference
    • interest of topic esp multidisciplinary aspects
    • program constraints
    • originality
    • topicality
  • Podium presentations will consist of one eight minute presentation.
  • Posters will be presented in a stand alone session.
  • Posters must be a maximum of AO in size (0.84 metres x 1.18 metres).
  • Submitters will be notified in August 2003 if their abstracts have been accepted for presentation and the type of presentation allocated.
