All National Office Staff undertake an annual privacy workshop conducted by the Privacy Officer and the National Database Manager.

Privacy Procedures are reviewed annually by the Executive Management Group (EMG) composed of the National CEO, all State and Territory Executive Officers and the Privacy Officer.
